Delivery times:

The average delivery time for orders is:

-In the European Union: 10 days *
-For the Rest of the World: 14 days *

You must bear in mind that these terms are business days and are counted from your departure from our warehouse *.

These delivery periods are merely indicative, since it depends on the complete availability of the requested items and the postal delivery service of your country. However, menbox.com will endeavor to respect the delivery times in the shortest possible time, not being liable in case of exceeding the term of 35 working days due to problems of availability of the products. In the event that any of the requested items is not available at the time of purchase, menbox.com will manage your order as soon as possible, and once the stock is restored, it will be sent to you within the indicated deadlines. In the event that the items ordered will be permanently out of stock for reasons beyond our control, the customer may replace these products with others of similar value, without incurring additional costs.

In the orders of more than one article, in which one (s) of the products will not be in stock, two types of shipment can be made. A single shipment that will be made when all the products are available; and two or more shipments when the rest are received. In this case, the client will only pay the expenses of the first shipment, being the responsibility of menbox.com the expenses of subsequent shipments.

(*) The delivery time is not the same as the delivery time of our warehouse. In the event that a shipment is not picked up by a customer, and the causes are attributable to it, you can make as many shipments as necessary, (once received the first return), and the expenses generated by these shipments should be pay the client, upon payment of additional expenses.

Responsibility:

Returns and Changes:

Because the products offered in our store are for private use, for health and hygiene reasons it will not be possible to return or exchange the purchased products

For the replacement of defective products the customer will have 3 MONTHS OF WARRANTY from the receipt of the order to make your claim.

Conditions for Custom Orders:

These conditions refer to products not available in our online catalog.

The requests of articles "by order" can not be canceled once confirmed, accepting the conditions of sale by means of an email message from the account of the client. These orders will be paid in full before sending the order to our suppliers, and due to the special characteristics of the requested products, they can be served in several partial shipments, until completing the entire purchase. If the delivery is made in this way, transportation costs will only be charged once, and for a single shipment, since the others, regardless of the amount, will be borne by the company.
